An all-inclusive participation
Your participation covers:
- Full access to the event: One to One meetings, conferences and workshop
- Accommodation in local hotels on the 30th of September / 1st of October
- Transport fees to/from the event up to 235€*
- All breakfasts, lunches and cocktail dinners

For compliance reasons, if you are unable to accept this type of invitation, these services can be invoiced.
*Post-event reimbursement on proof of train or air travel, subject to the guest's actual presence and compliance with the minimum number of meetings required (minimum of 8 meetings over 3 days), up to a maximum of 235€ (incl. VAT) return per person.
The step of your participation

- Your application will be studied by the One to One team > if it is validated, you will access the One to One platform to complete your profile
- One month before the event, send and accept requests for meetings to solution providers who meet your needs on the platform
- From 30 September to 2 October 2025 in Biarritz, meet your future service providers during One to One meetings (30 minutes).
