Refund Policy

PLEASE NOTE: Only guests who attend the event are eligible for reimbursement of their travel expenses, subject to the conditions outlined below:

 

Eligibility Criteria for Reimbursement

  • Travel arrangements are managed directly by the guest. All airline and rail companies are eligible for reimbursement of guests’ travel expenses by the organisation, up to a limit of €235 incl. VAT, upon submission of supporting documents via their personal account and subject to conditions.

Opening of the Reimbursement Process

  • Reimbursement is available to guests only after the event and subject to conditions. This offer is strictly reserved for end-user guests. Spouses, exhibiting partners and their staff are not eligible.

Reimbursement Procedure

  • After the event, log in to your personal account and complete the satisfaction survey to access the reimbursement form. This process will be available in your account within one month following the end of the event, upon submission of travel receipts. After 30/10/2026, no further reimbursement requests will be processed. To be considered, the form must be duly completed. A bank transfer to the account details (RIB) you have uploaded will be made within one month after the form submission deadline.

Reimbursement Conditions

  • Have effectively attended One to One IA x Customer Experience in Biarritz between 6 and 8 October 2026 ;
  • Have completed the minimum number of One to One meetings associated with your pass:
    3-day pass: 8 meetings
    2-day pass: 6 meetings
    1-day pass: 4 meetings
  • Have completed a minimum of 8 qualified meetings with our partners over the three days;
  • Have read and accepted the general terms and conditions and participation rules;
  • Reimbursement is reserved for end users and employees. Spouses, partners or staff are not eligible;
  • No reimbursement will be made for parking tickets, toll fees, mileage allowances, or expenses such as taxis, buses, helicopters, Orlyval or RATP services;
  • In the event of cancellation by the guest, no reimbursement will be made. Any flight changes are at the guest’s expense.
