Selected by a panel of experts, the participating startups offer high-potential solutions in key areas: personalization, data and analytics, automation, omnichannel experience, enhanced customer relations…
Located in a central and strategic area of the event, they benefit from exceptional visibility among more than 450 decision-makers from marketing, customer relations, digital and innovation departments, all seeking concrete ways to combine performance and emotion in the customer experience. Specialized media, always on the lookout for strong signals and emerging trends, will also be in attendance.
